Embarking on your first session in life coaching is a real positive step forward; It takes personal commitment, determination and self-belief.
On your journey you need to be flexible, that's why there are many options for you to choose from. I strongly believe in 'getting what you pay for' and there is never a price on well-being and happiness - yet a client needs to feel comfortable on how much they pay. So, i try to accommodate and provide a fair and competitive pricing structure.
You can pick, choose and change the type of session as you move through your coaching meetings.

Face to face Coaching
Client cost: £25- £35 per hour.
The most tangible option: Here, you will reap the benefit of the client/coach rapport where connections and progress are made more collaboratively. Coaching sessions can be conducted in my home study in a calming environment or at an alternative location, perhaps your home if you feel more comfortable.
Telephone Coaching
Client Cost: £22 per hour.
A very useful media for discussion. Coaching in this form offers great flexibility and can be done in an environment and time that suits the client. The most popular platforms are Skype or Facetime (audio or video) as these are better quality and are free.
Email Coaching
Client Cost (monthly) : £50
Excellent if you are on the move - No commitment for appointments - Increased time for personal reflection - More time to focus on action plans - Receive support out of hours - Cost effective - Access from anywhere. You will receive: - Unlimited emails - Personal development plans - Review and questioning - Target setting - Suggested exercises.
6 Session Package
Client Cost: £130.
Most successful coaching outcomes result in many continuous, on-going reflective sessions. For those clients who are committed to work hard on an area of personal development then the 6 Session Package will save you more money than just using 'Pay as you go'.
